Yes! EngiFlow360 supports bulk import via Excel/CSV. Our data mapping tool helps you match columns to the correct fields. We also offer a one-time free migration service for enterprise customers.
The Field Force app automatically caches assigned tickets, customer details, and machine history. Engineers can update job cards offline, and data syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
WhatsApp notification limits depend on your plan. Starter plans include 500 messages/month, Professional includes 2000, and Enterprise offers unlimited. Additional message packs can be purchased separately.
