The Field Force app automatically caches assigned tickets,customer details, and machine history. Engineers can update job cards offline, anddata syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
WhatsApp notification limits depend on your plan. Starterplans include 500 messages/month, Professional includes 2000, and Enterprise offersunlimited. Additional message packs can be purchased separately.
